REGISTRATION Details

  • The registration fee must be deposited into the account number provided below, and the payment document must be sent to the meeting organization secretariat via e-mail.
  • The meeting registration fee includes the bag, badge, final program, and participation certificate.
  • VAT (20%) will be added to the above prices.
  • Only name changes are possible after May 8th.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

  • All cancellation requests must be sent to the Nutuva Organization e-mail address bilgi@nutuva.com.
  • For cancellation requests made before March 31st, 2027, 10% of the deposited fee and bank charges will be refunded.
  • For cancellation requests made after April 1st, 2027, 50% of the deposited fee and bank charges will be refunded.
  • All refunds will be made after the Event.
